Venue - Christchurch Convention Centre
Centrally situated within the city of Christchurch is New Zealand's only purpose-built convention centre. The halls of the new Centre comprise over 1,864 square metres of pillarless and capreted flat floor space, an ideal environment for contentions, exhibitions, trade shows and gala events of all types.

The Christchurch Convention Centre is only a couple of minutes walk from the city centre and is connected to the Town Hall, on Kilmore Street.

Accommodation
We have negotiated favourable rates at a selection of hotels close to the Christchurch Convention Centre. Each hotel has limited capacity and will be allocated on a first come basis. The conference hotel accommodation is quoted on a "per room only' basis, except Fino Casementi, which is based on one person per bedroom in each two bedroom apartment.

Crowne Plaza
Offering the style and service you expect of a luxury hotel, Crowne Plaza is ideally located adjacent to the Casino, Convention Centre, and is within walking distance of boutique shops, entertainment and the attractions of the city. $185 per room per night.

Fino Casementi - two bedroom apartment
Scenic Circle's Fino Casementi Apartment Hotel enjoys a premimu location in central Christchurch. A two minute stroll through beautiful Victoria Square brings you to the very heart of the city. The hotel is next door to the Christchurch Convention Centre. Each spacious two bedroom apartment is attractively furnished. $218 per apartment per night.

Copthorne Hotel Christchurch Central
Located on Colombo Street overlooking the picturesque Victoria Square, Copthorne Hotel Christchurch Central is less than two minutes walk from the Christchurch Convention Centre. Includes free guest parking. $185 per room per night.

Copthorne Hotel Christchurch Durham Street
A contemporary hotel superbly centrally located on Durham Street within Christchurch's 'Half Mile of Style", featuring a wide variety of boutique shopping and cafes. The hotel is opposite the Christchurch Convention Centre.

Cancellations
Cancellation of any confirmed accommodation reservation after 30 March 2007 will incur a charge of the first night's accommodation.
